This game is a school project made in one week to learn how to connect an alternative controler to a video game.

We used an ESP32-mini and Visual Studio Code to connect light captors to a small platformer level in Godot. One captor is connected to the character's movement, and the other captor controls the jump. The character is always moving to the left, and when we obstruate the first captor it is moving to the right.  When the second captor is obstruated, the character jumps.

Of course, this level is playable with regular controls (AD, space bar to jump). It is way easier to play it like this than to play the level with light captors, but we suppose you don't have an ESP32 with a bread board and light captors at home, so enjoy the easy level.

We put some pictures of our physical project and our bread board, if you have any questions feel free to reach out :)
